Return & Refund Policy
At Maison Tony, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
1. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
3. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be reissued as store credit.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@maisontony.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the defect.
7. How to Start a Return
- Email contact@maisontony.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return confirmation and instructions.
