Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Tony, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

1. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be reissued as store credit.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@maisontony.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the defect.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@maisontony.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return confirmation and instructions.
